San Poh Temple is located in the lush greenery of the San Poh Mountain in the province of Quebec. This temple was constructed in 1980 with the financial donation of many people in the region.

Our group of 25 members arrived at the destination at 3.00 pm on August 1. We had 3 full days of Budhha Recitation. Our daily session starts after waking up at 7.00 am. We had a total of 5 daily sessions; two in the morning, 2 in the afternoon and 1 in the evening. Each session begins with the praise to the Buddha of the Western Pureland and followed by circumbulation and recitation which lasted about half an hour.

Delicious vegetarian meals were served for both lunch and dinner.
